At Pinewood Dentistry and Implants, we are dedicated, proud, and passionate about providing the best dental care to all of the areas surrounding our Cumming, Georgia office as well as our Sandy Springs, Georgia location. Dr. Lincoln Fantaski, Dr. Gary T. Bishop, and Dr. Katie Fadler have decades of combined experience to help patients without judgment and with the utmost regard for their health and wellbeing. We pride ourselves in offering 'high tech treatment with old school values' and changing the perception people have about what is possible at the dentist! We offer same-day crowns with CEREC, root canal and endodontic therapy, sedation, Invisalign, veneers, implants, 'All-On-Four' or 'Hybrids' and of course - cleanings for the whole family.

Meet The Doctor
Dr. Lincoln Fantaski
Dr. Lincoln R. Fantaski DMD considers himself a tooth nerd through and through. Although he got his start building and fixing computers, cars, and almost anything mechanical --he wanted to figure out how everything functioned and how to make things better. Dr. Fantaski is an engineer by mindset, attended Georgia Tech for his undergrad education, and the Dental College of Georgia for Dental School, where he graduated in the top of his class.
While in school, dentistry came full circle for Dr. Fantaski when he became fascinated with digital dentistry and truly found his passion in the field. Each day, Dr. Fantaski strives to better master digital technologies in dentistry – from new procedures, techniques, and optimizing workflows, to improving the patient experience. With a keen focus on dental implants, he leverages 3D technology in his practice -
Through research, education, and just some ‘figuring it out’ type fortitude, Dr. Fantaski shares his passion and knowledge with patients as well as other clinicians, including of his workflows, methods, and procedures. With a enthusiasm for photography, Dr. Fantaski shares clinical as well as before/after pictures with his patients to not just satisfy curiosity,but to make sure they stay in the loop of their dental health. He is dedicated to them – the patients that want to know what we are doing, what it looks like,why, and what it ‘could be’! You will also find his photographs from around the world hanging in the office!
Dr. Fantaski is continually involved in the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a 'key opinion leader' for CAD/CAM dentistry, often lecturing to other clinicians, and sometimes gets to be a trailblazer with new materials. He is also a CEREC mentor and trainer – helping to make same-day crown and digital scanning technology more commonplace, and push the limits on what is possible for ‘same day smiles’.
In his spare time, Dr. F likes to read, collect vinyl records, travel, snowboard, and working on cars.
Meet The Doctor
Dr. Gary T. Bishop
Born and raised in the scenic mountains of Northeast Georgia, Dr. Gary Tyrone Bishop has always been driven by a passion for people and service. A standout athlete at White County High School, he achieved the state title in weightlifting and earned a reputation as a dedicated student, graduating with honors. His commitment to service is also evident through his numerous accomplishments, including earning the Eagle Scout, Silver Eagle, and Quartermaster Award (Sea Scouts).
Dr. Bishop continued his academic success at North Georgia University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Prior to dental school, he furthered his education with a Master's in Secondary Education for Science from Brenau University. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta. It was during his first year of dental school that he met his future wife, Dr. Katie Fadler, a fellow classmate. The two married shortly after graduation, and together, they share a deep commitment to their work and their community.
Dedicated to staying at the forefront of dentistry, Dr.Bishop actively engages in continuing education, particularly in the areas of evidence-based dentistry and medicine. His special interests include surgical dentistry, molar root canals (endodontics), implants, and full mouth restorations. Certified in sedation dentistry, he offers more options for a comfortable dental experience. Passionate about utilizing the latest technology, Dr. Bishop is focused on preserving natural teeth and replacing them when necessary. He has received advanced training in CEREC CAD/CAM technology and is highly skilled in the fabrication of same-day crowns, bridges, onlays, and veneers. Above all, Dr. Bishop carefully evaluates each patient to determine the most conservative treatment options to preserve teeth and enhance overall oral health.
With his southern gentleman charm, Dr. Bishop strives to create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. He truly cares for the well-being of his patients, recognizing that dentistry is about much more than just teeth. In treating his patients’ teeth, he endeavors to improve function, esthetics, and the quality of life for everyone he serves.
In his spare time, Dr. Bishop enjoys working on his truck and muscle car projects, training in the gym, reading, hiking, traveling, and relaxing with family—all while cherishing each day with the love of his life.He is excited to continue serving his community and looks forward to helping new patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles in Cumming, GA.

Dr. Katie Fadler
Kathleen R. Fadler, DMD (Dr. Katie) is a native of Alpharetta, GA and a graduate of Milton High School. Dr. Katie went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in French. Prior to attending dental school, she spent a year working at Walt Disney World in both Disney’s Animal Kingdom and the Disney Youth Education Series program as an Educator.
Dr. Katie earned her doctor of dental medicine at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta. During Dental School, Dr. Katie was involved in the American Student Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association Student Chapter. While studying she completed a 2 year fellowship and is a Fellow of the American Dental Educators Association. Dr. Katie along with numerous community service projects, participated as a clinician in a two-week dental mission trip to Haiti. Dr. Katie met her fellow classmate and love of her life Dr. Gary T. Bishop during their first year of Dental School and they were married shortly after graduation.
Dr. Katie regularly attends continuing education courses to keep abreast of the latest techniques and technologies and is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Dr. Katie has received further training in TMJ, myofascial pain, Invisalign®, Suresmile, Botox®, sleep medicine, and CEREC CAD/CAM digital dentistry - to better serve her patients. After experiencing a jaw trauma in her early years, Dr. Katie is dedicated to evaluating each patient from a comprehensive perspective to provide the best care for her patients. She enjoys volunteering her time and dental services to organizations dedicated to helping the underprivileged, and serves as adjunct faculty to Georgia State’s Hygiene program.
Dr. Katie strives to create an environment where the patient feels comfortable as she believes that dentistry is more than just a nice smile, it’s creating proper function, improving esthetics, stabilizing the TMJ, and enhancing the quality of life for all patients. Dr. Katie loves making people smile both inside and outside the office.
Dr. Katie & her husband enjoy spending time with their daughters, weight-lifting, traveling, and visiting AZA accredited zoos and aquariums in their spare time.

Dr. Urvi Ruparelia
Dr. Urvi Ruparelia is a general and cosmetic dentist that enjoys the ability to impact someone’s life, whether it be through a smile transformation or positive dental experiences. She loves that dentistry provides the opportunity to create lifelong relationships with patients.
Dr. Urvi grew up just outside Atlanta, GA and received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her interest in dentistry was sparked by her own experiences in the dental chair during college where she found that her passions in artistry, medicine, and service could combine. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated in the top of her class. Dr. Urvi was an active participant in dental research and her research experiences have instilled a deep appreciation for the fact that oral health plays an integral and interactive role in systemic health. She believes in empowering patients to improve not only their oral health, but their overall health and quality of life.
Upon completion of her dental degree, Dr. Urvi completed advanced postgraduate training at the University of Washington General Practice Residency program, where she provided care to various patient populations of all ages, including medically-compromised and special needs patients. She then went on to further develop her skills while working in private practice in Washington for many years before moving back to Georgia. Once she returned to the Atlanta area, she expanded her skillset to cosmetic procedures including Invisalign, bonding, veneers, and injectables such as Botox. She is also trained in moderate conscious IV sedation and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
Dr. Urvi is honored to be a part of the team at Pinewood Dentistry. She enjoys all different aspects of dentistry and is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care in a comfortable and safe environment. She looks forward to guiding patients on reaching their optimum oral health with individualized plans that are tailored to their specific desires and needs. She strives to put her patients at ease in the dental chair and develop lasting relationships through compassion, kindness, and honesty.
In her free time, Dr. Urvi enjoys being outdoors, hiking, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. At home, she spends time with her husband, infant daughter, and senior Shih Tzu dog. Together they enjoy spending time at restaurants and parks in the Roswell/Alpharetta area.
